18ct Yellow Gold and Platinum Sapphire Diamond Halo Dress Ring
This antique style ring is a remake of the customers original ring. Recycling the sapphire and diamonds from the original ring, a new ring was created in the same style as the original - with an 18ct yellow gold band and platinum top, incorporating a milgrain detail.
