At the centre of this bespoke engagement ring is a beautiful blue sapphire. The sapphire was hand picked by the customer from a selection sourced by our expert jewellers. This is an extra special service we are able to offer as a bespoke jewellers, where you can choose your perfect stones.
A pretty halo of petite round brilliant cut diamonds frame the sapphire. Then, for that extra sparkle, the shoulders of the ring are also set with diamonds. All the diamonds in this ring are of matching colour and clarity to ensure a pristine finish.
One of the prettiest parts of this engagement ring is in fact the delicate basket which holds the sapphire and diamond halo (see images below). Whilst also being a lovely design feature, it also allows light to enter into the side of the halo.

The customer was looking to create either a cluster or a three stone ring. After looking through lots of design options, they decided upon this beautiful, traditional cluster (halo) design.
The 18ct white gold head is set with an 8 x 6mm oval cut ruby which is surrounded by 12 x 2.25mm diamonds of G colour and SI clarity with a combined diamond weight of 0.54 carats. The band is 18ct yellow gold which adds a rich contrast to the ruby centre stone.
The classic design of this ring mirrors that of Princess Diana's engagement ring which was presented to Kate Middleton by Prince William when he proposed.

An open, scalloped basket holds the colourful halo of this engagement ring. This not only adds a pretty design feature, but allows light to hit the sapphire from lots of different angles and in turn increasing its sparkle.

The customer came to us with an existing ring that they were looking to have remodelled. Importantly, they wanted to incorporate both yellow and white gold to follow a traditional setting style.
So firstly, the band of the ring and the bottom of the setting were created in yellow gold. Then, in order to complement the emerald and diamond halo, a secondary part (making up the tips of the claws) was cast in white gold. This was then soldered, by hand, onto the yellow gold base to create a two-toned basket. A beautiful feature-setting.
Our expert jewellers hand set the beautiful cluster stones, and the final polish was completed in our Chapel Allerton workshop.

The customer was looking to design an engagement ring that suited their individual style and budget.
After deciding on a halo style, the customer decided they wanted a colourful centre stone. Our expert jewellers then sourced a selection of yellow diamonds of varying colour and clarity and the customer decided on this lovely stone.
16 round brilliant cut white diamonds were then grain set around the centre stone. This palladium yellow and white diamond engagement ring is a stunning example of a classic style with a modern twist.

The customer came to us with a design they had drawn of an engagement ring for their partner, inspired picture they had already seen. After sitting down with one of our expert jewellers, a design was created on CAD which was then sent to the casters and cast in 9ct white gold.
Our jewellers then sourced a selection of opals for the customer to choose from. When it comes to opals, their colour play can vary quite dramatically so it was important for the customer to get a really good look at all the options. His chosen opal was then set in the centre of this stunning halo design.
Round brilliant cut diamonds were then set around the halo and down the twisted cut-out shoulders.

A bespoke cluster engagement ring boasting an unusual heart cut diamond.
The customer came to us with a unique design in mind. They wanted to create a bespoke engagement ring for their partner that would have maximum sparkle and contain a heart cut diamond centre stone. Alongside the help of our expert jewellers, this bold and beautiful cluster design was created.
We used our CAD software to create a virtual image of what the final engagement ring would look like, and once approved by the customer, the file was sent to our reputable casters. Here is was cast into platinum and returned to us for setting.
A selection of heart cut diamonds were sourced for the customer to choose from and this stunning diamond was rub set by hand into the ring. Surrounding this centre stone, round brilliant cut diamonds have been grain set in a halo cluster style. More diamonds were then set around the sides of the setting, down the shoulders of the engagement ring and on the sides of the shank too! Lots of diamonds, just as the customer asked for in his initial meeting with us.
The final piece was a super sparkler and the customer was thrilled!

The customer came to us with an idea of an engagement ring design using diamond and alexandrite.
He wanted a two stone engagement ring that would have the infinity symbol incorporated in the setting edge and once our team at Form Bespoke Jewellers knew the basic design, it was time to source the all important stones.
It was great to see a customer choosing Alexandrite for one of his centre stones as its colour play is really interesting. Alexandrite results from small scale replacement of aluminium by chromium oxide. This is what is responsible for it's characteristic green to red colour change. We were able to source a selection of fine quality Alexandrites with good colour plays for the customer to choose from, and once we’d found the right stone, we were able to match it to a complimenting diamond.
The round brilliant cut diamond we used was 0.71cts and a H colour and Si quality, that had been certified by GIA and all the comments on the certificate were Excellent.
The prototype of the engagement ring was made up and approved by the customer before being sent to the caster to be cast in platinum.
The gaps (gallery) in the side of the ring shows off both the diamond and alexandrite really well, so you’re able to see as much of them as possible and let as much light in as you can. With the shoulders of the ring fluting out as it meets the head, we thought it would be nice to add a couple of diamonds in each one; they taper in size and add a lovely touch of sparkle.
This in an engagement ring that we’re really proud of!

A bespoke and beautiful double band engagement ring with a diamond set swirl.
At the heart of this engagement ring design are two stunning round brilliant cut diamonds of matching colour and clarity. The larger of the two diamonds is part rub set in an elegant white gold swirl that emerges from the band. The second, smaller diamond is claw set. This is a neat and simple design decision that allows for lots of light to reach the diamond.
The whole engagement ring works upon a wrapping swirl design. The double band of white gold metal appears to wrap around the finger, capturing the diamonds on one side and flicking neatly away on the other.
